No point in making appointments bc they are never on time. I showed up 25 min early to my 7:20 Am appointment. Nobody is in here right now however they still cannot be on time and the staff is extremely rude.

Horrible, doors to the building..closed. Doors to Quest..closed. Had an appt waiting over 10 mins to answer the door. Person attending me started fishing for my vein got mad because she couldn't find it and got another woman to do it. Still that one was also fishing....I have a big bruise. The first woman also got snappy with my 9 year old son who was just fidgeting with my car keys while he waited. Not a friendly place just very rude. Wouldn't recommend. If they don't want to work just say that. Sad.

I went to the Wallingford lab this morning thinking I had an appointment. In all honesty, I think I missed the confirm button when making the appointment, but didn’t realize that until after the fact. After watching numerous patients go before me, I kindly inquired about my appointment that was 9:00. The phlebotomist with the red curly hair was so unnecessarily rude to me so much so that even other waiting patients commented. Completely uncalled for. She could have addressed me in a a different way that was professional. I’ve noticed in looking at other reviews, that other people commented about the rude behavior of the same phlebotomist. What a shame it hasn’t been dealt with. Maybe it’s time for a new job!! Or a new lab for me!
