Dr Sun herself is a good MD. The rest of the staff is rude and completely lack any bit of empathy or regard for their patients. Also, Every single time I have an appointment I sit and wait for 40+ minutes. The last time I had an appointment there was no other patient in the rooms, just me. And I still had to sit and wait over 45 minutes while they literally chatted with each other. I will be looking for a new primary.

Dr. Sun is an good and reliable doctor It is her staff that I have a problem with. I went for a Pre-Op for impending surgery, the staff FAILED to send the report to the proper people. They merely FILED it away until someone asked for it, thereby holding up my surgery for several days and inconveniencing a number of people. It is also difficult to get anyone to answer the phone - some days it just rings and rings.

I have been a patient of Dr sun 4 at least 6 years. When I need a Sat appointment I call in advance at least 7 days. They try 2 accommodate their patients as best they can. Their performance is pretty much in keeping with other medical practices. When they can squeeze u in..they do. I have been very happy with them. I have been 2 several primary care doctors. I am 71 years old. All primary care doctors r not all equal. That being said....when u don't like something tell the doctor. The doctor is probably not aware ur unhappy about something. Tell her so she can correct it. Dr sun is a good listener and I give her 5 stars because she does work at helping her patients.
