A couple of things. My past experience with car dealerships in general, has been questionable at best. The service that I received from Robert the salesperson, and Nick the branch manager and the "finance guy" it was nothing short of superb! When I first called and told Robert what my circumstances were and the type of car that I needed, and utilized his experience and didn't send me a hundred cars to look at, he sent the one that he thought would be the best for me, and quite honestly in a used car market when you have bad credit, which I do, at this unfortunate point, I would hope that somebody would use their experience and industry husband to guide me in the right direction. That's what he did. Thank you Robert. When it was time for Nick to receive a time from Robert in the relay race of used car sales, Nick was close to going home, and because I was a veteran he stuck around to make sure the deal got done. Thank you for keeping it real Nick. Thank you for treating me with dignity. Most importantly you used our industry thank you all for improving the very bad image, that it has become.

My husband and I just bought a 2015 kia forte for our family of 4. Krista and Ray were amazing!! They stayed late to make sure we drove off the Lot that night. They had to work very diligently to make this happen for us. We hit a few road blocks but they worked together to get through them. There's a few things that need to be fixed and Ray is scheduling those things now. Also we were given a VERY fair amount for our trade as well as putting a lower amount down and still having very good payments. Ray, Krista and Nick we thank you for helping us get into our beautiful new car and also dealing with my pickiness and being on top of making this car safe and beautiful for our family.

Hello Marsh and Peter, I myself have bought 2 cars there. I received the best customer service every time they see me coming. Marsh has went out of his way to make sure I get the best vehicle that suits me. I took my son their on Thursday and he drove away with a 2016 Outlander beautiful inside and out.
