Everyone having trouble with this office should be reporting them to the Attorney General’s office (I already filed my complaint). Bunch of incompetent lazy workers there! They have been letting applications sit in their office for months & months and people that truly qualify for assistant are not getting the help they need! When you call 90% of the time you’ll be on hold for an hour and if you are lucky to speak to someone they are clueless! This office needs to be revamped. Everyone needs to be fired especially whoever manages it! They keeping using the pandemic as an excuse to be lazy and not process applications in a timely manner. On top of everything they can’t read and process verifications correctly. I think my 7 year old can comprehend better than them! Just a terrible & unprofessional office, but the last two years they have been at their worse.

Awful customer service waited an hour on hold open it to the public seen a woman and a younger person bringing in flowers through the back door they got time to party they got time to answer the phone.

I just talk to one of the assistants. Was talking to me very rudely. Didn’t answer my questions and ended my call. That kind of behavior is not acceptable at all. I was just asking her to help me understand the form they sent me and she said “ma’am read the letter and look at it yourself”. This is very disappointing.

I always appreciate the help! Although getting someone to answer the phone is a hassle! I was on hold for over an hour and eventually hung up. As I'm writing this review I have been on for almost 10 minutes with a ringing phone! I have called in the past month and had a lady half answer my questions as she ate chips or something crunching in my ear!! With all of this my application is incomplete a day they have made payments toas company on my behalf and I don't have a gas account anymore!!

They should send you a letter letting you know what documents they need. If not call them.
Call to make an appointment and ask what kind of information tgey need from you. They open at 7-730am
Not sure brought a friend but there was no one there and no visible hours or information I could see.

I tried you can only change fuel companies at the beginning of the next year which starts November 1st of each year and ends at the end of April there may be exceptions but I don't think so you would have to have a serious complaint against the oil company or some other good reason
