A star because Popeye's food is good. But the manager in the Westgate Mall has been rude and inconsiderate on more than one occasion and not just to me. (For example: The manager argued with employees for minutes while customers waited in line to order) - to the point where I chose to report to corporate. This particular site will not get my service any longer.

I placed a mobile order for mild tenders, mild chicken and a chicken sandwich. I drive all the way there wait in line just to be told they don’t have anything I ordered. Let me repeat. They didn’t have regular tenders, regular chicken or chicken sandwich. Why are you open!?!? Then they don’t know how to cancel order or refund my rewards points used!! I keep telling myself I won’t go back here after each time I go there is always another issue and at least thirty minute wait but I go back and keep getting myself disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be back after this time…

I’m giving this one star but it doesn’t even deserve that. We waited in line for 20 minutes to have our order taken and there was only 2 people ahead of us. We ended up leaving. There was only one cashier and one cook. The manager was there, she walked out looked at the crowd and walked right back into her office not even bothering to ask her associate if she needed help. This is absolutely ridiculous. Very poor management we ended leaving and not even ordering our food.

I ordered fish sandwich with wild honey mustard sauce and some regular fries. It was soo freshhhh, I was surprised definitely my regular stop moving forward!!! One more thing nice and friendly staff explained new items with deals!
