They asked for specific documentation and there is a deadline for them. I dropped it off in the drop box and is still says it is denied because they need the documentation. I wish they had an email to send the documents.

They should send you a letter letting you know what documents they need. If not call them.

Call Self help and ask them what other documents they need. I tell you they need a lot.

So do I but unfortunately they don't. I suggest that u call who ever is in charge like maybe the governor or mayor whoever is in charge of these programs and make a suggestion or start a petition
