Got a great deal on metal shelves. But the real story was Tina who went above and beyond helping us dismantle them. She was so helpful, couldn't have done it without you Tina! Thanks!.

Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service and stocking of products. Constantly asking them to have the product stoked into the empty bins and it’s like dealing with the 3 stooges every single time to ask them to load the products so they can be purchased. It’s like they go out of the way to not have to do any work for loading the bins as they constantly resist doing when asked. The product is right there but stored in bundles on top of the racks so it’s not like they don’t have it. We have tried calling in advance, we have tried in person but to no avail. This incompetence has been going on over 3 years. It’s almost like Christmas when we go there and they actually did their job and the product is loaded like it’s supposed to be in the first place. This isn’t just a few items, it’s $1500-2000 every week or so so it’s very frustrating! The other stores seem much more helpful but they are much farther away.

Was greeted multiple times by multiple associates offering us help. We weren't in need of it but it was nice to see the eagerness to help. Got some help finding something for a patio door and the associate knew right where everything was. Had a good experience, plus better selection of sliding patio doors than Home Depot

Very rude and unhelpful employees. I went to go look at a dryer a few weeks ago, and saw one I liked and wanted to purchase it only to find out it was discontinued. The manufacturers price at the time was $596. I came back a couple days later to purchase it, and found the same dryer on clearance, but the price had jumped to $824. I talked to the manager Jen and asked her if she would sell the dryer for the $596 value since it’s the manufacturers price. Jen continued to look at me up and down and laugh at my face and say “I don’t price match.” I was wearing my working clothes at the time and have an accent when I speak English, and felt very judged for asking a simple question. I asked her why she was laughing at me and she quickly changed the subject. She told me she’s never seen the manufacturers price before in a very rude manner.I left the store, embarrassed for asking a question. I went to the Lowes in Leominster and informed one of the employees about my situation at the Worcester Lowes. He told me that Jen was in the wrong, and was supposed to sell the dryer to you under the manufacturers price. I then bought that dryer there in Leominster. I’ve been shopping at the Worcester Lowes for 20 years now, and even took part in constructing the foundation for the building back in 2001. Needless to say, I am never shopping at this Lowes again.

Wont any job lot have them ?
Ice melt? Google it, but just know it's a seasonal item at most places that are going to carry it
Another option is to go into the store. If they won't pick up the phone it's because they don't have the staff to spare, but they won't run from a face to face interaction with a customer. Lowe's is too good for that
I looked at Lowe's, Home Depot and Tractor Supply for a riding mower and they are all put of stock bc of the steel shortage. United AG and Turf in Millbury was the only place in the area with stock.
Dont really know
Masks are required, sanitizer is provided by the entrance
What about Thanksgiving first
Check for a crack in the tank and all of the bolts and nuts inside the bottom of the water tank there is a black rubber gasket that goes into the bolt slot find out if it is torn if not check the tightness of the bolts they should be just a little more than hand tight if there is any looser than hand tight then that is most likely the problem.
If you want be management its a prerequisite
I have seen them in the alarm section. Hope this helps and you can also look them up and pick what store you would like, if other then Lincoln street. 👍✌
I have seen blueberry for 8.95 starters. I would go online and check however, they often have them stating around 19.99 and always have discount racks way in back of flower area. Hope this helps.
You're definitely better off to bring a piece of the old paint if possible. If your camera's color settings are off a bit then it would throw off matching the paint.
Prices vary according to the type& quantity that you want
