I have called 5 times today and been on hold longer than 15 minutes for each call which no one has yet to pick up the phone. I have had to hang up and keep calling ???!!!!

Another option is to go into the store. If they won't pick up the phone it's because they don't have the staff to spare, but they won't run from a face to face interaction with a customer. Lowe's is too good for that

Definitely understaffed especially with covid again. Lowes is so good in customer service.
