Highly recommend PV Stables. Tanner was our guide, great guy.. he made the whole thing even more worth it. The trails through the Valmont Canyon are astounding, especially in spring time.

My husband and I had an amazing time at the stables! Our guide was super friendly. People there were welcoming. And the path was beautiful. 10/10 we will be making this something regular.

Loved it! The ride was a bit late so we had a chance to meet the horses and feed them carrots and apples (wish we brought more))) The instructors were nice and friendly. The horses seemed strong and well taken care of. The trail itself was great. Not flat, some ups and downs through a wonderfully green hills. We did 1.5 hours and I loved every minute of it. Recommend!!!

I am unable to comment on answers. Strange. Palos Verdes stables is beautiful and they consider safety their #1 priority. I worked training horses at Palos Verdes Stables years ago- teaching both English and Western. I am an advanced rider and I trained horses, gave lessons to all levels, worked summer camp and taught kids how to ride
Our children 8 & 11 rode and it was around $120 total for both. 45 min ride. We walked behind them but not only is it a long walk but a dusty one!
