Moving to Philly and ending up at Park Town Place has been a great choice! The amenities are the selling point and I've gotten to take full advantage. The apartment complex is large and due to my schedule I don't relay interact with the staff much but when I do they are prompt with a helpful reply. While it is a little bit of a walk to get to some of my favorite spots in center city - the trade off is defiantly worth it.

Overall: Like a hotel mixed with a frat house. Good: Good for pets and the apartments are generally clean with nice views. Employees are friendly and very helpful. Appliances are pretty new. Bad: Very expensive for what they are and the inability to control whether you have heat or AC is very frustrating. Noise really travels through the vents, but the walls are pretty good at containing sound. Parking is available but insanely priced. Traffic is absurd and noisy. There is a pool but it is not family friendly - have gone a few times, and each time there are couples sitting all over each other, women dancing on tables and beer cans simply strewn about. Also this place did not handle the flood well.

You can now very conveniently swim from the elevator all the way to 676 and pick up food from the first ever underwater Old Nelson! …Hello Albert, your sense of humor and positive review is like a breath of fresh air while this disaster plays out!
