The apartment is decent. The positive are that it was a renovated apartment. So, kitchen equipments were updated. Location is pretty good. Security is decent. Drawbacks are the lack of a balcony, the heating/air conditioning system is not very efficient and is noisy. Overall, have seen worse apartments. For the price, its a decent pick.
