Went for luggage but the prices are not competitive. Those % percentages are a misleading tool to sale items. If you hike the price and give a percentage at the end you paid the same or more.🤭

Planning my trip to Jcpenney to pick up merchandise I ordered. I looked online to verify time they opened. It said 10:00. Get to Jcpenney at 10:05, to find out they are not open until 11. Online hours need to be adjusted so that this does not happen again. Other customers where also there and had to leave doe to same reason. This is unacceptable for a store that wants business.

I recently visit JC penny in Hialeah with my mother and sister, we were impress with the treatment that Blanca Alfaro gave my mother. She helped my mom to look for the shoes she wanted. She was smiling, friendly, treated my mom with dignity and respect. We felt like going back the next day, she was amazing. Thank you!

Masks are required. Sanitizers are available at every counter and throughout the store. Social distancing. And dividers at check out

In men's area there is one on the corner near the side entrance to the store. Ladies is close to that one
