I came for an appointment on Monday at 430 pm and no one was there or answering my calls and after 2 calls it seems I was blocked from calling but a woman named Jenny had texted me and I told her I was there for an appointment mind you it has already been 10 mims passed my appointment. I decided to go in for myself, its was dingy and unclean hallways were grimey and leaks coming from the ceiling also had the chance to talk to a few residents they say that no one ever answers their calls and no leasing person ever stays in the building , they need constant repairs and have bug issues as well as porch pirates .DONT RENT HERE

I understand Keystone Lofts in the past has been hot with some negative reviews, it under new management. I've been here almost four years and they have been pretty darn good to me. I have a super large loft that I use as a Live/Work situation. Rents are, in my opinion reasonably prices, maybe even better. A 7-10 minutes drive to Center City and three blocks from the SEPTA train. Reality is, if you are two minutes closer to the city, you could easily add 500 or more to your rent. have a good thing here.

As on-time paying tenants, it would be nice for our central air to work. It had been turned on in June for the past 3-4 years until now. I’m heated; literally.

Costs vary. I live in a massive one bedroom loft, which is 1090 per month. The space and parking are incredible. Check it out.
