I lived in The View at Manayunk for a year, and had to move out because my work location changes. This apartment is the best I had ever lived in. It is located in the safest neighborhood of Philly. The units are very modern: HVAC, disposals, in-unit laundry etc. The maintenance team responds very fast. I will miss this apartment and hopefully I can find another place like here in the city I will be working in!

The View at Manayunk was an amazing apartment complex to live at! Management/staff was amazing and easy to work with, which definitely made my experience here even better. The amenities (gym, 4th floor and rooftop patio) are great as well. I always felt safe here as well which is a huge plus. Street parking was never an issue for me during my time here either. I would definitely recommend moving here to anyone who is looking for a new place to live! I was overall very pleased with my one bedroom apartment, the location of the building, and its proximity to Ridge Ave/Main Street/Center City. All around a 10/10 choice!

My lease has ended this month and I have had the pleasure to have Nancy as a landlord who always went above and beyond for me. If there was something not working or broken she consistently followed up and was on top of it in a timely manner. Nancy reached out at the end of my lease agreement and thank me for leasing with M&M at the view. When I first moved in she gave me a gift bag full of goodies and a gift card. She was so nice to my dog and was so caring for her tenants. Nancy made this a good experience for me here at The view. Unfortunately I had moved out of state however would recommend this place to live. There are no rodents & No Mice!!!! That was major because I’d die if I saw a mouse lol they have someone consistently cleaning the lobby and hallways and it always smells sooo good.
