(((( DON'T EVER MOVE THERE))))) 7320 Algon Ave, Apt 3 Phila, PA 19111 #WORST PLACE TO LIVE !!!!! I never dreamed that my permanently disabled goddaughter (5YR ON-TIME PAYING TENANT) would be treated so #inhumanely by Julio and the #AlgonGardens Management. Her apt. has had #mice, major #flood and now she LOST EVERYTHING due to #MOLD INFESTATION in her apt. because of lack of proper flood clean up in July 2017. After complaints she was told they would replace all her property and provide Sept. Rent & Security Deposit to move to better living situation. However, Julio tells her to "GET OUT" and they refuse to refund her rent money OR compensate her for losing all her clothes, furniture and other personal belongings !!!??? They said take it to #COURT. Who puts a decent young lady out on the streets with nothing after she did nothing wrong and was forced to move out?! I have witnessed this #unprofessional #nightmare and we are now pursuing legal action. #UNACCEPTABLE #DEPLORABLE #HEARTLESS
