Katelyn Coppola was extremely rude and condescending on the phone. Not sure why she was so irritable. I asked for help with locating case documents, which is part of her job, and she made snide and dismissive comments the entire call. I didn't even get a chance to fully explain what I was looking for and why before she blatantly expressed annoyance with helping me.

Amazing new and old building with stunning views of the bay. The constitution and amendments are carved all over the building meaning going around is a really fun experience. Make sure to checkout the 7 th floor for a killer view. No phones or cameras are allowed inside so you'll have to check them in before going through the metal detectors.

I am a pro-se client, and I have been around few other Federal Courts; thus, this Court is seriously different. Outstanding service, speedy processing, and superb communication..

I believe they have their own media
http://www.mad.uscourts.gov/boston/boston-calendar.htm They only publish today's date and the next day. Check the docket for the status of your case.
No cell phones, electronic devices or cameras are allowed by the public. They will give you a coupon and store them for you
