This location used to be my favorite I used for my painting company, stuff knew me and always was very helpful and polite. But last time every visit is humiliating for me. 1. Phone sale is not phone sale anymore 2. Today I went to get for my painting project skyfold ladder (price more than 1k paying cash) In the cashier (pro line) me: can you do any discount May be for PRO account? Cashier: no, I’m who giving discount here. By the end of purchase I feel my self like I’m not a buyer but thief I just asked if it’s possible to get some % The correct answer: “yes” or “let me check your account “ By the way on my account I almost get perk and also I could get 10$ off spending more than $100 Nothing… agreed, but that’s what means satisfy costumer. Home Depot don’t care about small business? Well! I care about my business.

Went for some plants for landscaping. Nice decent sized healthy looking plants. Prices have gone up on the plants quite a bit in the last year or so. Also one of the only stores that carries the Mini Pine Bark mulch, which we prefer. Nice store, but super hard to get to. All the way at the back of Millennia Plaza. More of a weekend homeowner store than a contractor store.

Had a bad experience at check out. Lady handling self check out stations is very rude. First of all, without saying a word, she looked inside a bucket tool bag I was buying (which obviously doesn’t have a bottom) but I felt like I was being taken for a thief. Then I went to ask her what had happened to the hotdog station but she wouldn’t look at me or acknowledge me. Then I said madam… She said: I’m listening! but without making any eye contact. Conclusion: Wrong person to be dealing with customers… Suggestion: Get her to the warehouse! Won’t be coming back here. Lowe’s is a little more expensive but shows a lot more professionalism.

Jessie is absolutely wonderful! She was attentive and very knowledgeable when it came to assisting me with finding the perfect spray paint to spray paint my living room tables she also help me with picking out blinds for my patio she was polite and the only one to take the time and assist me with my visit! I will come back to the store just because I know Jessie will be there to help me! I know nothing and what I came into the store for but she insisted that I am learning and I left with so much confidence! Thank you so much Jessie!! You made my day!
