This home Depot is good, but the only issue that I have is that nobody knows anything about their products or processes. They're tell you they didn't carry it or that they were out if they didn't know. Fortunately I use the Home Depot App or I'd be lost. It seems that if any transaction is anything more than scanning your items at self checkout and using your credit card the employees get lost. With the exception of the few more experienced associates who they have to look for or page to get instruction. Don't get me wrong the employees are all nice and they try. A little... No a lot more training would be great

We bought a patio set that had a missing part. Zia in customer service was so nice and courteous she went above and beyond to find the part and Rob also assisted us in getting it. You both are awesome ! Thank you so much!
