Went to home Depot because it was closer to my house. They wouldn't help my wife at all. Our family will take our business elsewhere for now on... So she went to Lowe's. Awesome experience. Thank you very much for everything. Outstanding service and the help she needed.

I just left lowes and nobody in the store was helpful EXCEPT KEVIN who cut carpet for me. We waited for so long and nobody stopped except kevin and he helped pick my carpet and carry It to my car. Kevin if you see this you deserve the world king :)

Why i cant use a gift card that my wife gave to me to use . When i was using it the cashier asked for a driver's license it didn't match what was on record i said but its same last name the manager was rude and said you wife has to be present
