Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. We had a faulty ACE branded surge protector. All of the lights worked, but the outlets did not. We took it back and they switched it out for a new one. Appreciate the helpful staff and service.

Came in to get plants, sod, and soil to plant in ground and in pots. 4 stars for selection. 3.5 stars for plant quality. 1 star for customer service, hence the 2 star overall rating. Asked about their sod. Cashier said she was from a different department. (I hear this excuse a lot) I had to prompt her and asked nicely if she could ask someone. The gentlemen who worked in the plant department had no idea either. Both employees were neutral friendly but just utterly unhelpful. The employees are trained as transactional people; no proactive help, barely passive help. I helped myself, checked out, and moved on.

Sean and Chris in the garden center were both so helpful today with my mulch purchase. They were cheerful, quick and neat stacking 20 bags of mulch in my cargo van and were conscientious about the tools and other items already in the van. I hope they get a reward for their great customer service because they have a hard job, especially in this heat.

Great hardware store, with a variety of items. Plenty of parking available. Staff are really helpful, mainly Yamira she goes all the way to help you. Love this location they have an awesome hot dog stand. Grab a delicious hot dog after you shop.

I strongly recommend the adjustable fans by Treva. They come in 8" or 10", have two speeds, and are operated by six D-batteries. They also come with AC power adapters when you don't need to use the batteries. If you can't find any at Lowe's, look at the home Depot on Southland. They're also on Amazon, which I do believe may be eligible for next day shipping.

Customer service is just fine, but they are not paid to stand around and wait for you to need help. Find the nearest worker and they will be happy to help, and if they can't answer your question most likely they can find someone that can. Also if you are looking for something there is the app, search for the item and it will list the aisle and bay of the item.
It would be much more inexpensive to do that yourself.
