I'm usually a big fan of Lowe's, still am for the company. This store was a disappointment. I ordered a couple shelf units online, needed the same brand and model I already have so the pieces would be interchangeable. The Poinciana store was where I'd ordered them, the inventory there was wrong, so when I went into the store I got the notification that there was an issue, they didn't have them. It happens, inventory is sometimes off, I get it. So the clerk looked in the computer found that they had 21 at the Lake Nona store, called ahead for me to verify they were there. The Lake Nona clerk said "I promise you we will have at least the 2 or 3 he'll need". She was on speaker. So I drove out an extra 30 miles round trip, only to find they were sold out. To add insult to injury, they had been put on clearance for a third of what I originally ordered the first two for. I drove almost 70 miles total today, to still not get what I needed because of inventory issues, and a clerk in the Lake Nona store who obviously never bothered to look at the stock before saying it would be available on my arrival. Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy. It's not going to stop me from shopping Lowe's, still have on average a very positive history with them. Except the self checkout. I don't shop "In person" to check out my own cart. I can do that at home, without having to burn up all that gas.

Went there and after driving 11 miles arriving at 07:45 pm and was not allowed to enter saying that the store is closed (store hours till 08:00).. Very poor management. Buyer be aware, they don’t price match with Lowes at another location here. Their price match policy is pathetic

Nicely located in the city. Sufficient parking spot. Customer service is great and the store is well organized. Highly recommended.

We bought a refrigerator from Lowe’s. The salesman lied about everything. He told us they have 99 refrigerators like that in store. Took us almost two weeks to get it since they had to be ordered. He offered Lowe’s credit card and said; No Interest for one year. That also turned out to be a lie. 29% Interest plus other Junk fees showed up in my statement. Tried to call the credit card by Lowe’s, they said there will be a $10 charge just to talk to a live agent! Went to store and spoke with Kenneth the manager. He tried hard to assist us but when he went to his supervisor, he was told to give us $120 credit from store. Overall, DO NOT fall for any credit card from Lowe’s, you will be extremely disappointed. The untruthful salesman made sure I NEVER buy any appliances from there. Home Depot is by far a better option. I guess you live n learn. So sad.

They are scheduled for a soft opening tomorrow, December 14, and their official Grand opening is on December 21.
Sure do, and cheaper than home depot
