Brought my echo trimmer in for repair and was greeted by Michelle. I explained to her the issues and she walked me through potential solutions, the parts I'd need, and printed out diagrams for repairs. Also walked me through a quick trimmer head replacement. She's fantastic, if you're in need of parts, trouble shooting tips, etc go pay her a visit and she'll get you squared away

Needed a new weed trimmer. Michelle spent 20 minutes or more explaining the different brands and features. It was no pressure, but very informative. I ended up buying an Echo which they tested and set up for me. Very pleased with the personalized service and attention.

sometimes I go in and there is someone at the counter that greets me and genuinely wants to help and get me the parts I need but other times no one can be found or they really don't seem to even want to sell anything. Also, don't bother calling because they're not going to answer. They do have a good selection of Stihl and Husqvarna models.

Stopped over at Dave’s to get myself a new Stiihl handheld blower. I’ve been there several other times to buy things and I’ve had no problems .I wasn’t sure which one I wanted but after getting all my questions answered by Mike and Matt is was an easy decision. The SG 86 c it blows and sucks. You can’t go wrong there. Dual purpose. Thanks Mike, Matt and Michelle. I will be back.
