Like many other folks here I had a negative experience with the woman that works here and will never go back. I dropped a package off to be shipped out with the shipping slip on top of, but not affixed to, the package. She applied the label to a random other package and shipped it out. I know this because my package arrived back at my house (without the return label I dropped off with it) a couple of days later and looking up the tracking number on the return slip shows that there is some other package in transit to where mine was supposed to be going.. I brought the package back in and she refused to acknowledge that she applied my label to someone else's random package and gave me an attitude, even after explaining if she looked up the tracking number, she'd see that there is a package with that tracking number in transit to the address my return was supposed to be going to. Now, not only will my package need a new return label, but someone else's package is not going to make it to its intended destination.

I don't care what the last 2 reviews here say, I think the owner does a great job and I've been there multiple times and never had any problems with her and she is very friendly, professional and helpful. Go there yourself and see. I'll tell her you're all coming. Thanks.

WHY IS THE WOMAN THAT WORKS IN THERE ALWAYS MISERABLE? NO MATTER WHAT TIME I STOP IN THERE SHE IS ALWAYS MISERABLE UNFRIENDLY AND UNWELCOMING. MAKES ME NOT WANT TO STOP THERE BUT UNFORTUNATELY ITS SO CONVENIENT.
