There are new owners and unfortunately they have made a substantial increase in the monthly lot rental

Needs alot of work, to keep the park cleaned. Too many pot holes in the streets too many drivers go fast down the street... Seems a lot of changes. after living over there for ,25 years. Cons. lived next to a person, who was loud day and night.. . .

Quiet and peaceful 55+ park but you do not have to be 55 to live there

The hospitality of the couple I came to see was amazing I can truly say I met true caring people in these 2. I was having a bad day and they made me feel just like family the park is beautiful and peaceful and very well kept .I would surely tell more people about my great uplifting visit to southway villas.

No rental mobile homes. Must buy homes and rent lot, but there may be some empty lots of that's what you're looking for. There are also some homes here listed for sale. Hope that helps.
Under this community's lot rental contract, home owners are not permitted to rent and I'm unaware that the park owners own any homes themselves or rent. Lot rent is one of the cheapest around. Not many perks as far as amenities. Overall, nice place to live. Just have to watch and wait for someone desperate to sell to get a really good deal on a home.
This is a Mobile home park..(if I'm reading ur question right..)
No, it's a 55+ mobile home community.
Brooksville proper.
It's a 55+ community. Rent prices vary by phase you live in. The lot rent starts at $244 up to around $300. You have to own your trailer. They don't allow people to rent out their trailer.
55 and over
5000 Up to 18,000.00
216 a month. Are you looking for a trailer
You have to put your dog on a leash and you can walk them any where in the park and I am not sure about the lot rent it vary it is 55and up park only
Larry Run the park is maintenance or somebody I'm not sure
I'm sure. But for guests that stay longer than 2 weeks...I would assume you would need to get it ok'd
The HOA is voluntary and is $20 per year, per household. It actually acts more like a neighborhood association than a true HOA, but they do try to work things out with the park ownership when needed. Their main function is events and social things.
