I wouldn't even give this one star but you have to select it to write a review. The property manager and "her assistant" russel play favorites with the residents. If you are not a brown-noser you will be miserable living there!

I have visited the past 2 years. My sister and her husband reside in this community. I have seen a great improvement at the pool. It feels like somebody cares. Some of the yards and carports still need some cleaning up but all in all most residents seem to take care of their homes. People are very friendly. Always having some kind of fun at the clubhouse.

Small dogs and indoor cats. Not sure if there is a pet deposit
We just purchased on the water and we are paying 442... They say if it does go up each year it's usually about $5
They don't rent here. You have to buy an available mobile, then. You pay lot rent.

It's a nice little Park. There's a pool and the lot rent is reasonable. And of course, it's lovely weather year-round!
Hi Nancy, there are single and double units for sale. It's a nice park but there are a couple of ladies that handle most sales.
Single wide is $375. Double wide is $402.
It's a 55+ park. You can have children visit, but they can't live there.
