I was very impressed with Lexus of Jacksonville’s well organized service area and customer waiting area. Both have the appearance of a recently remodeled facility. In addition , working with “Paula” as my service advisor I knew I was in good hands. I’ve always found Paula to be very knowledgeable about the Lexus vehicles as well as very concerned for the customer’s requirements./questions. I highly recommend Lexus of Jacksonville!

Very dissatisfied. i got nail in the tire, technician claimed he could fix it so they charged me for a new tire. However new one was never put on. Shady

I do have the number for the general manager, but to make anything happen you'll come out better by just driving up or call the orange park location. I had the same issue 😕
In the service department, there are plexiglass partitions , cleaning stations, and clean/dirty pens on each desk. All employees were wearing masks. I felt very safe.
Pretty sure they are. It's holiday season and they like to sell cars.
