When I moved here 2 years ago, I was so excited because I paid for my home in full. The person who's home I bought was paying 582, I guess I had to take over then my lot fee was 616.00, then it went up to 646 and change, then once again to 670.97. I lost a son Bobby 33 years old on February 14th 2013, and I lost my other son Marques who was 31 on Nov. 20th 2015. My older son was a Golden Gloves Boxer and a Supervisor for troubled adolescents. He had 2 daughters. I'm only able to see one whatever. My younger son was a United States Marine overseas at Parris Island, then became a Corrections Officer and then took a State Troopers test and scored a 99% then passed away 2 weeks later. I'm greiving tremendously. I want to see Bingo opened up that will help me I did it many years ago. I'm considering moving my home because of the lot fee. I loved Robin in the Office she was so kind to me.

I used Center State Bank, but bought a new home. It all depends on the year of the mobile home if you can get a loan and of course your credit rating.
I don't know for sure. I think you could call the office and find out the real rules because not everyone always follow the rules.
Cloverleaf did have a few monthly rentals in the "campground" area of the park but had some serious damage from hurricane Irma and lost some of the trailers in that area so not sure of the status now. Individuals also have rentals in the park. I agree that the best thing to do is to contact the office to find out. They usually have a list of any individuals trying to rent their homes as well as any the park has.
There is wifi available that you have to pay for. No cable.
That takes money. NO. Maybe next time they raise lot rent another 25 to 75 dollars. They might think about it
Non aggressive breeds are allowed, it is not weight based here. Our 65 lb golden retriever is welcome! And of course, they need to be quiet, leashed etc.
lot rent is $650+ depending on where the house is located
yes 55 and older community
I was wondering how much the lot rent
At the main office up front..
Yes they do
Are pets allowed?
329 it includes water trash and lawn maintenance as well as access to two pools and golf pickleball as well as poool
Yes we all do and the lot rent goes up every year 20or 30 dollars more without fail. I lived in here for 5 yrs now.
All fencing has to be approved by park manager.
Yes my wife always gets offered cleaning jobs
Best course of action is to contact main office. Homes sell at various prices. Office keeps a list of available homes.
Yes for sale & rent and in my opinion, very high lot rents! JS
I couldn't tell you , You can call the dales office and someone there can answer your question
Lot rents vary. If I'm not mistaken they run between $450 and $550 depending on the location and that includes lawn care, water, etc.
