If you are on a fixed income, you don't want to buy and live here. The annual lot fee increase has been 5% even though the CPI has been about 2.1%; eventually you'll have to choose sell or eat PB&J sandwiches everyday.

Yes homes range brand new 80.000 to used various ages and prices HOA fees very reasonable
