I was discriminated against when going through my application process. I was told I altered my ID that clearly comes from the state I live in with all the seals on it. Also that my payroll account was fake and altered lol. Oh and because I didn't allow them to see my spending history on my bank statement my approval went to a denial. Worst experience ever. Please try to do better, everyone is not scamming and I am exactly who I said I was. Smdh

These apartments were very very bad. Looked very nice during the day but at night was a total different atmosphere. The Summerwood apartments are under investigation and failed to tell us that they had sex offenders living in the apartment building. Don't recommend these apartments to anyone, and kids should not live there. It is drug infested and has had many raids every weekend due to drugs being sold and being under investigation. The gym isn't used for working out, it is used for drug deals and people that are homeless stayed in there at night until the apartments finally started locking it up. These apartments should be shut down.
