We moved in here this year and although they keep it clean the apartments are extremely overpriced and outdated. There’s always fights in the alleys or loud noises cars being stolen and my keys were stolen from the laundry. The staff is nice and very quick to respond to maintenance issues but they need more security and surveillance to help keep Residents safe.

My husband and I love living here! Best prices in OC and the area is amazing. We feel safe living here and love that it is close to so many shops that are walking distance. Kristina G is the best! I like living here, property is very clean and extremely quiet, when you have a problem you email office and it's taken care of fast, no problems here ever! I don't have a dog but it's dog friendly and there's hardly ever dog poop laying around, maintenance and house keeping does a great job around the property! Great place to live, a little high but you're around a big shopping center so well worth the money!

You must be at least 18 years of age to rent an apartment. Any occupants over the age of 18 are required to be pre-screened and added to the lease agreement, regardless of whether they will be paying rent.
