He handled all my needs, along with my many changes, with kindness, professionalism and a "no problem" attitude.. If he wasn't available, there was always another member of the staff to step in. He also coordinated my needs with Dave in the Hardware store. He, like Fred, went over and above. It's so nice to receive this kind of service when "big box" has taken over. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND James Company!!
