I am a frequent customer that lives a block away. I've done business with Alice's barbecue for 4 years. The lunch time service is a five-star. Love the way I am treated from the cashier and cooks. My problem is with the night shift not the cooks at all but the cashier. Her attitude is disgusting and downgrading. Not once not twice but three times I have ordered through the evenings and went to place an order the cashier has always giving me a nasty attitude and has placed my orders incorrects pretty much giving me what she wants on my food. Please speak to this lady with glasses and bad attitude. And I would like to thank the cooks for working with me at the time of my complaints. But I believe the owner should know about how rude this lady is this is not a place for me to gather dinner in the evening times due to this lady. I will stay with the morning crew instead. Thank you all keep cooking the way you do.

Yes his name is Greg Johnson been knowing him since 1992 he is wheelchair bound &don't come around as much ,probably why they are slacking a little bit

They only allow 4 people inside at a time . You have to order then wait outside until they call your order number. There are plenty people waiting with you. It is pretty genial.
It depends on what time you go there, but I can understand where your coming from and your concerns.
Not sure...but they do have turkey tips awesome. Try the hot sauce. Its spicy BBQ sauce which has an awesome flavor

Yes I really love the hot links and a shrimp the rib tips are pretty meaty but I agree they are truly understandable just let them know.
I used to be satisfied with Alice's BBQ....It was very good at one point in time.But the very last time I visited their for some Tips....They gave My cousin & Myself tips that were cut wrong & not only burnt....but downright hard.We took them back the next morning because we bought them around closing time.When we told them what the problem was,they were angry & rude.They didn't give us a refund but instead gave us tips that were undercooked & chewy.Not only that....The night before we paid for large orders...they gave us a small of undercooked food.Not good service at all.That was My last visit to Alice's.I now go to Uncle J's on 47th street for My good down home style ribs ☺☺☺
