The pool here is the best part of living in the Brookridge community. I was there first thing in the morning and the last thing at night, leaving the sunny hours for those without skin cancer. The rule makers tried to take away some of that fun. Glad I was able to move to happier pastures.

BEAUTIFUL facilities, friendly staff, great place to practice bluegrass gospel music every week! Cleanest restrooms I've ever seen outside of 5-Star hotels!!! Love this place! It's on my bucket list to move to this community if I ever get to retire!!!

There are winter rentals but they are getting harder to find... I would recommend Zillow if you don't have anyone already here that can check the board in the clubhouse. There are many clubs and social activities to get involved with. Good luck.....
Atleast 55+ for the main owner/renter... They do allow other secondary renters to be under 55 with extenuating circumstances?!

A few homes have rv spots, but most homes do not. The rv area is free, but the spaces are limited, you have to register at office and you may have to wait for a spot
