The area is beautiful, and quit. The front nine no real trouble. The back nine is breath taking! Fun track for all golfers. I highly recommend going. Not to mention the price was cheap. The greens are not large, but enough room for error. The greens are by no means flat. Overall good maintenance, fun, and peaceful.

Let's start with the good: there are a number of holes (I want to say 5) on the back 9 that offer really great views and challenging/fun tee shots as they wind through the old quarry. These holes make it worth playing once, and might bring you back a second time to show off the holes to a guest or 2. But you likely won't be coming back for a 3rd as the those holes are just not enough to make up for the awful conditions everywhere else. Thin, patchy fairways. Around the greens you are pitching off of straight dirt most of the time. I don't think I had one clean lie all day and I hit 11 fairways.

Do not recommend this golf course. No starter and no marshal lead to slow play! Got behind a group of 6 which should never be allowed. Greens are sub par as well as fairways. Upkeep of course not great. If you want a average course and slow play this is your spot!
