This hospital is based on a counterintuitive approach. It’s not meant for everyone, only those who truly want to better themselves. The staff can be very unprofessional. Most of the staff in the Annex unit are wonderful and treat the patients with respect, as long as you respect them. Other staff will disrespect you either way. The building is very old and needs to be cleaned up. I enjoyed the fact that they provide transportation upon discharge. My transportation driver Ernie, was the biggest blessing on my discharge date! He was so kind, considerate, and understanding. Thank you to the staff that were pleasant, and thank you, Ernie!

I WAS WRONGFULLY TERMINATED or as administration puts it "your resignation" all because I refused to accept my assignment. It was UNSAFE for just 1tech ( myself) an 1nurse. Not only was she charge but also doing meds. There was a high acuity of patients on that unit up to 26-28. Not only that but it's a HIGH FALL RISK UNIT. God forbid anything happens we would have been at fault . Springbrook hospital administration is a DISGRACE. They threaten your job, have no respect for there employees an leave the hospital majorly short staffed where the ENTIRE HOSPITAL IS ENDANGER. Put employees on the schedule that's not supposed to be working, just to cover there own a** The hospital is absolutely filthy, black mold everywhere, leaking pipes, doors not properly locking or opening, the ac is always broke an so much more.......... The staff is under paid, an if you ask for a raise " next quarter or it's going through to the higher ups" I myself was there 8-9 years without a raise. Only reason I stayed before I was ( wrongful terminated or as they put it my resignation) so long was because of my coworkers. We are a team an have each other's backs because administration is a joke. Point being DO NOT apply or come here. Unless you feel like being miss treated an or stressed out every day/night due to the negligence of this hospital

I was here when I was goung through a hard time. The rooms have bugs and they toss you in a little room with a little TV with everyone for the day. No exercise or group or private talks. Took last day I was there to find my bag of clothes. Saw bloody blanket hanging in that TV room. Very depressing place, they only want your insurance and co pays. Do not go here if possible.

They deliberately tried to get me to fight another patient by sticking us in a tiny room together after I complained to one of the nurses about the same guy. Could have gotten killed by them. Deadly place. Also, why do I see the owner copying a pasting the same responses over and over again? Can’t write? Update:I contacted the number the owner replied with and they said they did not have the owners information to get in contact with him?
