A few weeks ago after a long hot day working we came home and the house A/C wasn't working and it was getting hot fast in the house. We made one call to Radco and told him we needed a capacitor it was already past normal business hours but the owner didn't hesitate to help me figure out the correct capacitor and made arrangements for my husband to meet up with him at his home. Awesome customer service and fair prices. Super glad we made the right call to Radco.

We bought our home two and a half months ago and unexpected repairs have come quickly. Thankfully Rob, Keith, and Radco responded quickly and professionally when our air conditioning went out. The repairs they indicated were exactly what was expected. They did not try to charge more or to make the repairs out to be more than exactly what needed to be done to resolve the issue. They helped set a course of action for upcoming projects and went above expectations for a repair that could have been far more costly with competitors. The communication was fantastic and they explained everything to my wife, as well, so that everything was understood, like a member of the family was here.

I went to Radco to get a part to fix my fridge. Not only did they have the part in stock but Rob gave us a crash course on how to correctly install it. What company will do that for you? He took the time to explain it all and gave us a better part than we intended to put in. His office staff and the other repairmen that were there were so very friendly. It was truly a pleasure doing business here and I will most definitely be calling them when my other appliances need help. They don't make them like they used to, but Radco will put them back together.

Yes. Radco installs replacement thermostats. There are many different thermostats on the market today. Thermostats range from basic functionality all the way to ones that can read you the news. Prices vary according to which t-stat chosen and which is best for the customers system and needs. We highly recommend having a thermostat installed professionally.
