I visited Ring of Hope last summer with the intention of wanting to get my son involved in boxing. He was being bullied at a previous school, and although we changed his school upon finding out, I wanted to equip him with tools to defend himself. Little did I know, this place would turn into something my whole family has been able to enjoy. There is a Kajukenbo (self defense) class 3 times a week that my husband, daughter and myself have participated in while my son has learned to box. There is also a youth summer program, open gym and sparring matches on Saturdays. My son has developed some awesome attributes over the last year that I feel were motivated by his desire to box. He has been more honest, disciplined, committed and consist since joining Ring of Hope. We have had a great experience there and find the owner (and trainers) to be very understanding/accommodating to work/life balance. Five Stars
