The employees there are very respectful and I apprecj the way they helped make our return so easy. Though I ordered online and just had the receipt, thry didn't go into the why's like other stores. I found a replacement fast and the exchange was easy

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. I know they have purses but I'm not aware of backpacks. It is a shoe store so I would also choose walmart or other department store over this one.
