When we first started with Safe Harbor (April 2019) we were beyond thrilled with the high quality service and the safety of our stored rig. And then Daniel the manager left... And the place has gone downhill ever since. Run down grounds that need mowing, equipment failure and excuse after excuse from the manager (and the owner!)... The GFI outlets Safe Harbor provided us failed on a regular basis (twice in 2022 already) and the manager didn't to notify us. This caused damage to our battery at a hefty price tag. There are much nicer facilities with more competent managers in the area. This is supposed to be a LOCKED and secure facility. Here are actual pictures of the gates that have been open TWENTY-FOUR hours a day since July 8, 2022. Please tell me how anyone can call this "secure"... This place is a joke. My new Landlord and I are fabulous! They provide what they are contracted to do... plain and simple. Your other 201 customers are not getting what they are paying for...so who's the fool?

We have stored our trailer at Safe Harbor for about 6 months now. What makes the place special is the manager, Dan. He has been very helpful as I am not the best at backing our trailer into its spot.
