Very large handicapped clientele. Room for improvement with site location. Staff has been a mixed bag. Suzanne worked the office from the inside, while I jockey around the parking lot Two old handicapped cripples managing the hot crowded office to get my handicapped plates squared away. Sabrina was an absolute angel. Suzanne managed all the bureaucratic business and Sabrina came out to the parking lot with her to get my signature On the other hand, about a year ago, the DMV manager once saw me roll into the (crowded) waiting room in my powered wheel chair, and unjustifiably decided I must be somehow mentally inadequate as well. She compelled me to undergo a completely new driving test and have my driver's license reissued. Which I passed with flying colors and near perfect performance. Sometimes it just depends on which side of the bed you get up out of.

I have to say this is by far the best dmv I have to give a special thanks to Ms Theresa she is by far the best at what she does I had a problem with my tag and she everything to to fix it for me and she did just that she ask me to step aside (so that she could service others so they didn’t waste a day to the long wait) even though I was no longer at her desk she made sure to update me that she was still working to fix my problem.. she was fast but patient with everyone that came to her desk even though she was slammed thank you so much and we need more ppl like you

My husband & I moved here from Virginia in March 2019. We have had the pleasure to visit this DMV office several times over the past year to get our Florida license, register our vehicles, get our park pass & my husbands fishing license. Each & every time we came in everyone was always very friendly & polite & not just to us but to all of their customers. It was very obvious they all enjoyed their jobs & worked well with each other. I don't usually do reviews, however I felt that I needed to take the time to do this one. I would like to thank each of them for the polite & professional service they provide.

Just got off the phone with Lori, after dealing with what I thought would be a very complicated issue. But for the first time in my life dealing with the DMV was pretty easy. Lori stayed with me step by step and made sure I was able to get all the required info and help I needed it. I will be calling them again for future services.
