This was my puppy's second grooming experience, but my first. Fur Factory was recommended to me by another Toy Poodle owner. Dawn was friendly, professional, and gentle; and while my puppy behaved fine, I believe she would be exceptionally patient if he needed it. I provided a picture of the cut we wanted and they were spot on. We're very pleased and will be returning! We've been going for over a year. They continue to do a great job and my dog looks great!
