Love this retirement community where my mom and dad have lived for 13 years! Great facilities, various activities and groups for all interests, very friendly and neighborly people, wonderful community fellowship (church) within the park! Great country location and very affordable!

I've lived here approximately 5 years. Sunlake is a quiet, safe community to live. I enjoy the pool and Recreation Center. I jog and lift weights and I love the sauna. Quite relaxing! Once I retire, I intend to take advange of all the amminities available. Thanks for providing a great mobile community for Lake County residents!

We just moved in April, came back in Oct. Really like the park and the Pp we've meet. Lots of activities just about for everyone. The park management are slow at getting things done complaints from many pp.and the rent was raised for this year they are in need of a park manager now so no one to address the ongoing issues. We hope it all gets worked out with the park association and management, we like it here so far.

Large Lots, Most neighbors are nice. Quiet Place out in the Country. We have Water issues monthly, but the Landscaping is new n improved as is the Clubhouse . The Pools are NOT heated, and the Hot Tub is always broke or not up 2 the desired temp for a Hot Tub.

Free to residents. Kept up really nice.
6 to 8 hundred a month
No, usually not. There are age limits where I live. It is 55+ but no one under 40 can live here. So husband can be 55, wife can be 40, but no 16 year old would be allowed.
You never owned the land anywhere - just ask the Indians.
Not sure what the cheapest is but the most expensive is lake front at $700.
It varies depending on whether you have lane front. Most expensive from next year is 700. Includes own home lawn maintenance, park grounds maintenance, clubhouse with pools hot tubs, art room, pool room computer/library, nine holes golf, lake side pavilion, soft ball, tennis/pickle ball, marina (extra for mooring). May be a few more things. They put up the rental every year by 5%
Are you looking to buy in the park. $604 per month. You have everything one could ask for to do there. I have a house for sale. $17,000 all updated. I can send you pics if you like. Bought another in the park.
Yes $20.00 the first year, 15.00 after that a year
