This small retirement community is a hidden gem. The streets are super clean and the location is very quiet. The neighborhood is very friendly and has a very active and is a very tight knit community.

Well I could tell you that I'm moving into Hacienda Heights and the people that are very friendly you passed by anybody and they will say good morning good afternoon I am very thankful that I'm going to live in this place and I know I'm going to be happy here so if you're looking for a house come down and check them out you will love this place the way I do

Very nice for elderly. Place is clean everyone is friendly, went for a 80th bday party and there is a gathering place for partys. Nice pool & hot tub area w deck.

Yes. There is a seperate cart path down u.s 301. There is a publix 1.6 miles from this community. And other smaller stores like seven eleven and dollar general I seen a gentleman riding the path with multiple grocery bags in his cart just a few days ago too.
Don't own lot. Lawn, water and cable is your responsibility. Trash included, pickup twice a week. Activities, yes, but Covid has put a damper on most, but it's starting to pickup again.
