This is a senior retirement neighborhood in a very cute and convenient location. The park was recently purchased by a large corporation. Subsequently, upgrades of a new bridge and Tall gates have been installed. These upgrades do come with increased costs to the owners of the Mobile Homes as well as many restrictive rules.

All lots have permanent homes on them. There are homes for sale.
Kingswood has great homes ranging in many different prices. They have a wonderful community and community center with lots of activities. You must be 55 years of age or older, and homes are for purchase only. Good luck with your search.

FL does have the not Soo known 80/20 law..80% of the senior park has to be 55+ and 20% can be under 55 but over either 40 or a certain age.. generally this is set aside for care givers or younger spouses but that is not how the law reads. MGMT does not like to inform shoppers of this but I have lived in a few parks like this as a caregiver for my elderly mother. Many parks are at their max for the 20% though...
