New owner's new rules (with no clear list of rules given to tennents or posted in a common area)rent increase with no upgrades or updates done to property or notices why the increase when by law they are supposed to post in a common area the reason for the increase . A lot of uncertainty with the way this place ran .

No she is rude u just don't know her I use to live Thier alot of years OK and she don't like migrant she abuse them and still they money big facts OK I had witnessed it with my own eyes and one of my friend that use to live Thier tooo... She was a migrant.
Lot rent is 400 a month , however they are in the process of making some rentals , they're pretty small however .
