It's always good visiting this Kay's but this last Monday was extra special. I came in for my biannual diamond ring inspection and cleaning. Mind you, it was two days after Christmas and the store was packed with customers so I had to wait a bit before I was seen by an associate. Praise God that I got Nadia. She was so very pleasant and although they were super busy, she got the job done and with a smile. She even offered to clean the rest of the jewelry I was wearing! Mind you, I've gone to Kay's since 2002 and have been to many: Miami, Ocala, Orlando and more...but this is the FIRST time anyone has offered to do this for me...service with a smile AND I haven't received that at this particular Kay's all the time I've come in. So...I am hoping that Nadia will be there the next time I come in. I saw some diamond pendants that looked nice too so maybe a gift for myself, but I'd want Nadia ONLY to take care of me. A+ for Nadia's awesome customer service. Did she get her training at Disney University, I wonder? LOL GREAT experience and WAY to go, Nadia!

I went to the Brooksville store with a friend yesterday 2/12 ..to use my coupons I received in the mail. They have none of the mercandise in stock to purchase. I had to ask the sales representative to check other stores. They never offered. She checked after I asked but never gave me the chance to speak to the other store she contacted. As I am waiting manager says to me in a loud enough voice for me to hear. You should have cone sooner. That really was rude.. I always get these coupons for being a good customer. Who usually purchases not one but three or four.i tossed my coupons in the basket as I left. I have never experienced that ever.Will I go back. Thank goodness for Zales...

The absolute worst customer service. They do not greet you or ever speak to you while you’re waiting. Waited here for 15 minutes one day and left. Waiting here now going on 15 minutes.... girl gets done with a client and walks to the back... I continue to wait before asking if she can take care of me.... get told she’s on break. I will never shop here again. Update: came back again today just to get my ring finger sized and my wedding band cleaned. Still have yet to be greeted. Won’t be returning.
