From the moment I walked in, Berenice has been so helpful and intentional with the process of moving into Promenade at Aloma! I am very thankful for the leasing team here, as they have responded in a timely manner to make sure that I secured the ideal living arrangement. Will continue to update as I experience my time at Promenade, but I must give credit where credit is due. Nice apartment community in Oviedo, clean and great location. The management team is good, maintenance is always quick to make necessary repairs and the office team is great to work with. Karina and Jesenia know their stuff and make every experience a good one! Would be nice to have a basketball court instead of a volleyball court, just my suggestion.

I have enjoyed my first year here as a resident and have just renewed for another year. Promenade At Aloma have caring staff and will help with whatever concerns or issues you may have. They are a very pet friendly complex and my dog has made many friends here and enjoyed the enclosed dog park they recently added. The walk around the pond is a relaxing walk with your dog or for kids to ride/run around and a nice feature to have for the views. The place is quiet, neighbors are friendly and I feel safe here. The pool is nice area with mature plants for your exotic getaway just steps away from your home. When the jacuzzi is running like it should it's definitely a plus! They have a nice gym, although the equipment is a bit older and missing a treadmill but if you can't hit the gym or no membership it's convenient to have. Overall, I would recommend Promenade at Aloma as your home if you are looking for what I have described.
