This place seems nice, but they’ve only ever answered the phones once in almost a year of calling the front office. “We are sorry to have missed your call”- no you’re not, you continually don’t answer. They want you to make an appointment to go to the office if you don’t live there, but don’t answer the phones, so how am I supposed to set an appointment? Also weird that there’s only one or two reviews with photos. Have they disabled that feature? If so, why? Seems off

The complex looks like a very welcoming and inviting place to live! The location of the apartments is prime for Oviedo living Seems to be a great addition to Oviedo! I have heard great things about this complex.

Oviedo Town Centre is a wonderful place to live. The maintenance staff does an amazing job & they are always friendly. Community is always clean. Abby in the front office is awesome. She always gets back to you when you reach out for assistance. You guys rock!

Apartment itself is nice and I've never had issues with the management, they're always prompt and friendly. Some of the tenants leave a lot to be desired, but that doesn't speak to the complex as a whole.

I was just told that it is closed due to damages in the pool, and maintenance doesn't know when it will be reopen again. I inquired about this same thing this morning after walking out to the pool and again seeing the closed sign. I think it's been 4-5 days now. It's usually only a day at a time due to chemical treatments but this time seemed different. That's what I was told...hope that helps.
I believe you can find it in their website, Oviedotowncentre.com & search 1,2,3 & 4 bedrooms...it may vary also with their availability also, you'd have to check with the Concord Management. Pet are not included & I'd be guessing between $150 to $300 but DON'T quote me...they are allowed though. Hope that helps
There is a waiting list the best thing to do is try to be out there at 10 in the morning you will have to knock on the door and speak to someone asked to speak with mr. Taylor
