The Oviedo Grove office staff Carolyn, Tara and Mgr., Kristine are Awesome staff that work together as one team to create a great living environment along with a super maintenance team. They are always friendly, helpful and always willingly to go the extra mile to support the Oviedo Grove community. This great attitude also extends to the maintenance crew. As a renter that have lived in many parts of this great country of ours as a military personnel - I can say hands down Oviedo Grove operation is by far the best of the best. Thank You for all you do and support! I like to add that Oviedo Grove Apts. is going thru a major construction Project. I must give credit where credit is due -- the local Mgt. staff, Collier corporate staff and the RLH Contractor and sub-contractor staff help been extremely understanding of the needs of the residents during this time of inconvenience to the property. This is a reflection on the Mgt. staff work together as one to provide great service to our residents and property. Also, providing the great leadership to convey great work ethics and values. They are doing a great job, staying on schedule being very safety concerned and informing progress etc. I overall give the community and the project an A+ rating - going above and beyond the call of duty. Any issues that may arise is handled by Mgt. immediately. Thank you, for looking out for the each of residents.

I love this community!!!! The staff in the office are amazing! Kristine is always available if I need to ask a question. Tara and Carolyn always greet me when I come in. They are by far the nicest people I have ever dealt with living at a Community. Maintenance has got to be some of the best I have ever seen anywhere. They always get stuff done and are always doing things to brighten the community and make this place look amazing. Great Job Oviedo Staff and thank you for all you do!!!!

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I filed a noise complaint as the neighbors above us were stomping at 7AM for days straight waking my boyfriend and I up. I am not one to complain, but I was in a car accident and had the worst headache and just wanted some quiet!!! Keep in mind, this stomping was shaking the walls and shaking the pictures on my walls. This wasn't normal walking it would literally shake the apartment. I never received an email back so I decided to call the office the next morning. The lady who answered told me there was nothing they could do and that I needed to call the non emergency police number. I did, and the office told me this was something the apartment was supposed to handle. Which was exactly what I thought!!! I just let it go because I didn't want to deal with being told the same thing. Recently, I put a request in to clean what I think is mold that was on my vents (in the pictures). The lady who answered the phone proceeded to tell me it was "soot" from burning candles and then laugh at me over the phone. Also keep in mind this was in the kitchen, dining, and living room vents. I told her I rarely burn candles and if I do it is in my bedroom (because I have another roommate). She still said the same thing so I just ended the call and decided I would talk to maintenance when they came to look at it. I was never told when maintenance was coming to "clean" it. Of course when I was gone for 10 minutes to get food, they had come to clean it. I was not told what they used, or if they tested it to make sure it was not mold. I knew they came because they left painting chipping from the vent which I got the joy of stepping in. I was going to call but I do not have the time or strength to deal with them. After I was laughed at about my concerns for the mold, I did not want to talk to the people in the office again. One reason my roommate and I chose this complex was because we thought Carolyn was so sweet. Boy were we wrong! Whenever I have gone down to the office about a question, she was not kind and would have attitude. There was even a time she questioned if my boyfriend and I lived there while we were leaving the pool!!! Completely unacceptable. I fully try to avoid the leasing office at all costs. I didn't even complain about maintenance barely cleaning the mold because I didn't have the strength to deal with them belittling my concerns. Now there is construction going on and they expect us to move our furniture off multiple walls in the bedroom and everything off of the patio. All while still wanting their tenants to pay full rent. They didn't even give us a specific time the construction team was coming inside my apartment, just left us with the general 8AM-6PM, how great!!! I do not recommend this complex. Side note: the pictures are what I submitted in my maintenance request for my concern about mold.
