This neighborhood is so ugly and run-down it’s unbelievable. It’s like the projects of UCF, it’s so depressing. I’ll be leaving here in the spring because there’s no way I enjoy coming home to this everyday.

This place is horrible. DO NOT MOVE HERE. The living arrangement is not worth the money. The property manager is rude and does not take her residents seriously. Maintenance comes and goes when they please without knocking or notice. We recently experienced a flood and Kim was not available to assist with the situation. We literally had to call 911 to get the water shut off to prevent further damage. Her communication with the residents is horrible. Good luck if you choose to be here

Miss Kim makes this place a lower quality place than it has, her irresponsibility and lack of commitment at work causes problems and discontent of the residents, and in some cases, even leaving the place.
